This is an application for fixing an early date for final hearing of the petition.

Mr. Dalvi, learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is due for retirement in the month of July 2019. As on today, this Court is taking final hearing matters pertaining to the year 1998 to 2000 and the earliest possible date can be given to the applicant for hearing of the petition is from the week commencing from 26th August 2019.

In view thereof, place the Writ Petition No. 6396 of 2018 on 'Final Hearing Board' from the week commencing from 26th August 2019.
