Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of the parties and heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Despite service there is no appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The petitioners are serving as Assistant Teachers at different schools within Zilla Parishad, Solapur. On 13/12/2021 the petitioners have made representation to the Chief Executive officer seeking consideration of request for transfer as indicated therein. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to consider the representation dated 13/12/2021 made by the petitioners in accordance with the transfer policy and take decision thereon. The aforesaid exercise be undertaken expeditiously and preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
