In view of the fact that a remedy by way of a Second Revision Application is available to the Petitioner before the State Government, it is not necessary for this Court to interdict in its Writ Jurisdiction. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of. To facilitate the filing of the Second Revision Application before the State Government, the proceedings before the Deputy Land Records would stand stayed for a period of two weeks from date. After the Second Revision Application is filed, the Petitioner would be entitled to apply for interim reliefs before the concerned Revisionary Authority.
