The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13th December 2018. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in lieu of surety for a period of six weeks. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant has furnish cash security and he has been released on bail. He has also presented requisite documents for furnishing surety in accordance with order granting bail. However, the process is still going on. Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 13th December 2018 is extended by three weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety. Criminal Application No.200 of 2019 is disposed off.
