This is an application for recalling the order dated 3rd August, 2017 passed in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.1749 of 2017 after condoning THE delay of 516 days in filing the present civil application. 4.
By order dated 3rd August, 2017, 4 weeks time was given to the applicant i.e up to 3rd August, 2017 for removing office objections, failing which registration of W.P stamp was to stand dismissed.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning delay.
