It appears that today, on 18th February, 2015, the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune has decided the application of the petitioner and has rejected the same.

In view of this development and in view of the fact that the election of the Standing Committee is scheduled on 20th February, 2015, the cause for filing this Petition would not survive. The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of, with no order as to costs.
