Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, submits that on account of change of certain circumstances subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition i.e. information secured through R.T.I., the present Writ Petition may not serve the real purpose of relief which the petitioner would be entitled to. Therefore, he intends to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the URS
