The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent on record and for condonation of delay of 102 days in filing the same. The reasons for the delay have been mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Rawool states that he has instructions to appear for the heirs i.e. the proposed Respondent Nos.1A to 1G and has no objection to the Civil Application being allowed. Hence the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the heirs of the Respondent are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
