In view of the fact that a remedy by way of an Appeal under Rule 20 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad Electoral Division and Conduct of Election Rules 1962 is available to the Petitioner, it is not necessary to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the Petitioner have not been dealt with and it is before the Appellate Authority, the Petitioner can urge the said contentions.
