The applicant seeks to intervene in this appeal from order filed by one of the members of the society. In the civil application, it is the case of the applicant that the other members are not available. 2.

It is not in dispute that the applicant was allowed to intervene by the learned trial Judge. If any order is passed by this Court in the appeal from order, interest of the applicant will be affected. The applicant is thus allowed to intervene in this appeal from order filed by the appellant.

Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
