It is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that respondent no. 2/complainant has shifted to Zekoslavia for her further studies. According to him, he shall complete service on respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and shall also furnish correct address of respondent no. 2 to this Court within the aforesaid two weeks.

If the applicant fails to comply with the aforesaid order, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court as the application is pending since 2019 wherein the applicant is enjoying the ad-interim relief.

Even if the application is dismissed for none compliance of akn 1/2

2/2 35.APL.156.2019.doc the aforesaid order, it shall be open for the applicant to apply for discharge before the Court below wherein the applicant is facing prosecution. If such application is moved, the same be decided without being influenced by the disposal of the present application.
