In view of final order passed in Writ Petition No.159 of 2022 today i.e. on 05.04.2023, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under:- (a) That the Impugned Notices dated 27/01/2023 (wrongly mentioned as 27/01/2023) bearing Outward Nos.637/2023 by AARTI G PALKAR Date:

Mumbai in FIR 495/2021, in relation to the Bank Accounts set out in the Report dated 27/01/2023 (Exhibit B) be quashed and set side.

(b) That all action taken / attachments made under the provisions of the Maharashtra Protection of Investors of Deposits (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 as a consequence of invoking the same in relation to FIR No.495/2021 registered by Shivaji Park Police Station Mumbai, be stayed, quashed and set aside."
