The learned Magistrate shall proceed with further steps. Officer to communicate this order to the concerned Court, forthwith.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant shall furnish spare copies within two weeks from today. Upon furnishing spare copies, office to issue notice returnable on 28th July, 2017.
