By this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing and settingaside of the proceedings of FIR bearing C.R.No.I-62/2013 registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nasik. The said FIR is registered, at the instance of respondent No.2, against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 65, 43(J) and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 2.

We have gone through the allegations made by respondent No.2 in the complaint. The allegations, prima - facie, discloses the commission of cognizable offence. The investigation is still in progress. The learned counsel for the petitioners makes grievance that the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.6 Wp 635.15 investigation is not completed since last two years. Suffice it to direct the investigation officer to complete the investigation of the said crime as expeditiously as possible and file an appropriate report. 3.

In the light of the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
