1] The Petition challenges the permission granted to Respondent No.3 for starting senior college.

2] The permission is granted in the year 2013. Though the Petition is filed immediately, for one reason or other, the Petition could not see light of the day, however, unfortunately, though the Petition was listed on several dates, on account of paucity of time, the earlier Bench could not have taken the Petition. During 2013 to 2019, several students must have taken admission in the Respondent No.3 college and pursued their studies. BGP. 1 of 2

3] At this stage, we are of the considered view that any interference by this Court would cause grave prejudice to the students who are taking education in the said college. As such, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
