Heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the State. Admittedly, the application dated th December, 2020 fled by the Petitioner before Respondent No.3 is pending. 2.

Respondent No.3 shall, after giving a hearing to the Petitioner and all the concerned parties, dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The parties to appear before Respondent No.3 on 10/03/2021 at 12.00 noon. Mugdha Page 1 of 2

In the meantime, if the compensation is not disbursed till date, the same shall not be disbursed until the application of the Petitioner is disposed of, and for a period of two weeks thereafter.

A copy of this order shall be served on Respondent Nos. 4 to 18, more particularly on Respondent No.5 who is the contesting party, by the advocate for the Petitioner.
