This appeal is filed by Union Bank of India-original Defendant No.4. When this matter was called for final hearing, learned counsel for the appellant is absent. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1/ original plaintiff No.1 is present. He makes a statement before this Court that the Special Civil Suit No.71/2010, which give rise to the present appeal against order is settled and disposed of by the Court below. Statement is accepted. Since the suit itself is disposed of, nothing survive in the present appeal. Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
