Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, in our considered view, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority i.e. respondent no.2 to dispose off the externment appeal filed by the petitioner being Appeal No.317 of 2014, copy of which is annexed at page 9 to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
