This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount stipulated in clause 6(iii) of order dated 10th January 2018. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is not keeping good health and on account of financial constraints the amount could not be deposited. It is submitted that time may be extended by eight weeks for depositing the amount. 3.
Vide order dated 10th January 2018 the applicant was directed to deposit balance amount of compensation before the Appellate Court within a period of four weeks. Subject to depositing the said amount, the Appellate Court was directed to restore Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.25 of 2013 for condonation of delay and was also directed to decide the same in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for the applicant, time can be extended by a period of four weeks from today. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Time stipulated in clause 6(iii) of order dated 10th January 2018 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.114 of 2015 is extended by a period of four weeks from today; (ii) Subject to depositing the said amount, the directions stipulated in the said order shall continue to operate;
(iii) It is made clear that no further extension will be granted; (iv) Criminal Application No.90 of 2018 is disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
