By order dated 6th December 2018 the applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks. The applicant was granted bail by Sessions Court by order dated 26th June 2018 by directing him to furnish surety of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. Since the applicant could not furnish surety and had continued to be in custody, an application was preferred before this Court wherein order dated 6th December 2018 was passed.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant had executed cash security and he has been released on bail. He has also furnished the surety and verification of surety is in progress which would take some more time. Hence, it is prayed that facility of cash security granted by this Court be extended by six weeks. Considering the submissions advanced by counsel for applicant the facility of cash

2 of 2 502.APPP.203.2019.doc security granted by this Court by order dated 6th December 2018 passed in Criminal Application No.637 of 2018 is further extended for a period of six weeks. Criminal Application No.203 of 2019 is disposed off.
