Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have entered into the Consent Terms dated 11th March, 2020. He tendered across the bar said Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 and their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

The Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are personally present in the Court and have accepted that, they have executed the Consent Terms. The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms are treated as undertakings given to this Court.
