Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for modification of the condition of marking attendance at Khar police station.

While releasing the applicant on bail by an order dated 18th October, 2023 this Court has imposed, inter alia, following condition.

(d) The applicant shall attend the investigating officer of Khar police station once in a week on every Monday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has commenced and four witnesses have been examined. 5.

4-ia-521-2024.doc police station every week operates onerously. Hence, I deem it appropriate to modify the condition (d) as under:- (d) The applicant shall henceforth attend Khar police station on first Monday of every month between 11 am to 1 pm.
