By these civil applications, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petitions which are dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 14th January, 2016. Without going into the allegations made by the applicant against her previous advocate and on the assurance of the learned counsel for the applicant that he will not ask for any unnecessary adjournment in the matter and in the interest of justice, order dated 14th January, 2016 passed by this court is recalled. Writ Petition Nos.9940 of 2015 and 10020 of 2015 are restored to file. The assurance given by the learned counsel for the applicant is accepted. Civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 2.
