The Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner. 2.

We have perused the representation. The representation is regarding monetary claims. It, however gives no particulars as to the exact amount, which according to the Petitioner is due, for which period and how the amount is calculated. Without these details a simpliciter direction to decide the representation will only lead to further litigation. 3.

We permit the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent No. 5 giving all specific particulars so that the Respondent No. 5 is made fully aware as to the exact nature of the claim. akn 1/2

If such a representation is made within a period of 4 weeks then the Respondent No. 5 will look into the same as per law, subject to limitation etc. and take necessary steps. If for any reasons the representation has to be rejected then the reasons regarding the same be given. The Respondent No. 5 will pass an order after receipt of the representation as above within a period of 8 weeks thereafter, subject to earlier time bound directions.
