Perused the letter dated 31st December, 2021, addressed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai. The learned Judge has sought extension of time of six months to conclude trial of C.C.No. 3300066/SS/2015 to C.C.No. 3300071/SS/2015. 2.
For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 31st December, 2021, time is extended by a period of six months from today for conclude trial of C.C.No. 3300066/SS/2015 to C.C.No. 3300071/SS/2015. 2/3
