This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Sessions Court, Pune, thereby convicting the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, vide judgment and order dated 8th May, 2019. There is delay of 719 days.
