The learned AGP on instructions states that the Vice-Chairman second respondent has addressed a letter dated 3rd February 2015 to him in which it is stated that the second respondent will decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. The letter is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

In view of the said letter, we direct the second respondent to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today. Writ Petition is disposed of on above terms.
