The applicants are seeking quashing of C.R.No. 568/2017 of Andheri Police Station. The said case is under sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 324, 504 & 506 of IPC. 2.
Heard learned Counsel for the applicants - original accused Nos. 1 to 4, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 - original complainant and learned APP for the State. 1/2

The complainant is present before the Court. The complainant states that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and he does not wish to pursue his case against any of the applicants. He has also tendered affidavit to the above effect which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He has also tendered copy of Driving Licence which is taken on record and marked 'X/1' for identification. 4.
Looking to the fact that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and looking to the fact that the complainant does not wish to pursue his case against any of the applicants, we are of the opinion no purpose would be achieved by continuing with the said case.

In this view of the matter, C.R.No. 568/2017 of Andheri Police Station and the proceedings relating thereto are quashed.

Application is allowed in the above terms.
