ORDER:

Learned Additional GP and learned AGPs on instructions state that the Applications dated 28 April 2015 and 6 February 2018 of the Petitioners shall be decided on or before end of January 2020. We accept the statements. We make it clear that in the event the said Applications are not decided by end of January 2020, the concerned Officer shall be liable for aggravated contempt action.

We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners shall appear before the Additional Collector, Pune on 24 December 2019 at 11 a.m. alongwith an authenticated copy of this order.
