This application is filed for condonation of delay of 166 days in filing the revision application, which is challenging the order dated 15.5.2018 passed by the learned additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Criminal Appeal No.895 of 2016. the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant was admitted in Indira Gandhi hospital at Mira Road and was taking treatment and therefore, the delay was caused. He relied on the medical papers.
