The limited relief claimed in the writ petition is for a direction to the Liquidation Committee to consider the proposal of the Petitioner under Deposit Matching Scheme.

The learned AGP states that the Liquidation Committee would consider the proposal of the Petitioner as per its turn and submit it to the learned Amicus Curiae for final approval.
