At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He states that during the pendency of this Application, charge-sheet has been filed and hence, he does not wish to press the present Application. He states that the Applicant would like to approach the trial Court by filing an Application for bail after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits. If an Application for bail is preferred by the Applicant, after filing of charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
