By this petition, the Petitioner has taken exception to the communication dated 28th September 2020 whereby it is informed to the Petitioner that his application for grant of emergency parole leave in view of the Government Resolution dated 8th May 2020 is rejected. 2.

Today, learned APP Mr. Yagnik tendered a copy of the communication dated 3rd February 2022 received by the o=ce of Public Prosecutor from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identiAcation. It seems that post Aling of present writ petition, on 1st June 2021 the Petitioner submitted a fresh application to the authority for grant of emergency parole leave and vide order dated 8th June 2021 the said application was allowed thereby granting emergency parole leave to the Petitioner.
