The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from petitioner no.2, who is present in this court, prays for withdrawal of this petition. The learned counsel then invited our attention to an order placed on record, at page 10 to the petition, dated 5 th February 2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Niphad Division, Niphad and prays for liberty to avail appropriate remedies, as available under law, pursuant to the aforesaid order of the SubDivisional Officer. 2.

Accordingly, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and is disposed of accordingly.
