Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders copy of the letter dated 27th September, 2021 instructing to withdraw the writ petition in view of the letter dated 8th February, 2019 addressed by the Education Officer (Secondary) to the Management. 2.

Ms. Shah, learned counsel for the Management states that the letter dated 8th February, 2019 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) to the Management, is received by the Management today only. Statement is accepted.
