It is fairly stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that against the impugned order passed there is a remedy of either fling of an application before the competent authority or that of statutory appeal. He submits that the application has already been fled before the competent authority bringing these facts on record. He further submits that if advised the petitioner would like to avail of the remedy of appeal.

Keeping the liberty of the petitioners open to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate Forum, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

It is made clear that all the contentions are kept open and I have not addressed on the merits of any of the contentions.
