This is an application for substituting the liquidator as the Petitioner in place of the Petitioner No.1 Bank and Petitioner No.2 the Special Recovery Officer of the Bank. 2.

Learned counsel for Original Petitioner and the present Applicant states that during pendency of this Writ Petition the order was passed cancelling license of the Petitioner No.1 Bank and the liquidator is appointed. Therefore, it is necessary to substitute the liquidator as the Petitioner instead of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2.

Learned counsel for Respondents have no objection if the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Hence the applications are allowed and the liquidator of the Petitioner No.1 is permitted to be substituted as the Petitioner. 4.

The amendment shall be carried out in the Writ Petitions within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

The Writ Petitions be posted on admission board on 30/06/2023.

The Interim Applications are disposed of.
