Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

The principal grievance of the Petitioner is that when the order was passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, the Petitioner, styled as Respondent No.4 therein was not aware of the proceedings and though the order shows he being absent, he was not available at the address given in the title of the application at the relevant time. If that be the main grievance of the Petitioner, the

501. WPST 3614.20.doc Petitioner has remedy of approaching the Tribunal for review/recall of the order.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the order dated 14 February 2020 is directed to be implemented within two weeks. He states that some time may be granted to the Petitioner to approach to the Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has given notice of today's mentioning to the Respondents. None for the Respondents.

Since the Petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the Petition and approaching the Tribunal, we direct that the time limit stipulated by the Tribunal in the impugned order is extended for a period of two weeks from today.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
