By this civil application, applicant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal no.1361/2013.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that hearing of first appeal is expedited by this court, by order dated 27.6.2017. He submits that applicant is a senior citizen. 4.

Considering submissions for learned advocate for applicant, averments made in application, earlier order dated 27.6.2017 and as applicant is a senior citizen, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order. Chitra Sonawane 1

a) Hearing of First appeal non.1361/2013 is expedited, in the list of senior citizen.

b) Registry is directed to place first appeal no.1361/2013 for final hearing in weekly board, as per its turn in the list of senior citizen.

c) Civil application stands disposed of.

d) No order as to costs.
