We are informed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the order of detention, which was passed against the petitioner has been revoked by the Home Department. She has brought to our notice that the said order dated 22nd March, 2016 issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Home Department.
