Learned Advocate for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application. It is submitted that the dispute between both the parties have been settled amicably and the applicant does not wish to pursue the present application. The affidavit dated 6th September, 2022 affirmed by the applicant is placed on record. In the said affidavit, the applicant has stated that, on account of settlement between both the parties, he does not wish to pursue this revision application and liberty may be granted to withdraw this application.
