On 18th December, 2015 the parties had tendered consent terms which were taken on record and marked as 'A-I' for identification. The petition, however, would not be disposed off in terms of the consent terms on that day because respondent No.2, who is the original complainant was absent. Today, respondent No.2 is present in the Court. The petition is, therefore, disposed off in terms of the consent terms taken on record on 18th December, 2015.
