Mr.Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the main petition i.e. Petition No. A-948 of 2014 has been disposed of by an order dated 14 March, 2017 as the same was uncontested.

Mr.Singh submits that inspite of their several request, the petitioner has not contacted him to give further instructions in the matter.

Writ petition is dismissed as the petitioner is not interested in contesting this matter.
