Though served, none appears for the Respondent-husband. 3.

Parties got married on 26.04.2002. Respondent - husband initiated proceedings for divorce being No. 1524 of 2019 which is pending on the file of Family Court, Pune of which transfer is sought by Applicant to Family Court, Satara, where she resides. 4.

Perused the grounds of hardship stated in paragraph Nos. 9 to 14 of the Application. Applicant is staying at her maternal house at Satara with her son aged about 19 years. As Applicant - wife will be required to travel from Satara to Pune to attend the proceedings, it will cause prejudice and hardship to her.

Since the contentions are not controverted, in my opinion, ground of hardship has to be considered in favour of the Applicant. 6.

In view of the above, Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(A) To transfer the proceeding bearing Petition-A No. 1524 of 2019 pending before the Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Satara."
