Mr.Shaha appearing for the Petitioner submits that this Writ Petition challenges the order dated 18 January 2024. He submits that the Petition has become infructuous, as the birthday of the son Adhiraj was on 8 February 2024. He submits that the Respondent has not filed the affidavit of assets and liabilities before the Family Court at Pune.

Both the parties are directed to file affidavit of assets 1/2

28-wp3830-24.doc and liabilities as per the directions of the Supreme Court in the judgment of Rajnesh vs. Neha, (2021) 2 SCC 324 (if at all not filed) before the Family Court at Pune within two weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, as infructuous.
