Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The related Writ Petitions viz. Writ Petition Nos.7080 of 2017 and 9714 of 2016 were disposed of by this Court on 26.03.2019 with a direction to the Co-operative Appellate Court to decide Appeal Nos.52 and 76 of 2016 on their own merit and in accordance with law within a period of 6 months from 26.03.2019.

As per note submitted by the Registry, learned Member, Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court, Mumbai Bench at Pune vide letter dated 23.09.2019 has sought for further extension of one month's time to decide the two appeals on the grounds and reasons mentioned in the said letter.

That is why the two matters are before the Court. 5.

Considering the letter dated 23.09.2019 extension of time for one month as sought for by the learned Member is granted. Let the two appeals be decided in accordance with law in terms of the order of this Court dated 26.03.2019 within a period of one month from today. (UJJAL BHUYAN, J.) Minal Parab 1/1
