Consent terms have been placed on record, and it is submitted by the learned advocates for the parties that these 3 (three) writ petitions may be disposed of in terms thereof. 2.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Respective parties to the consent terms are represented by Mr. Vatsal Shah, Mr. Sunil Lahane and Ms. Shyamali Gadre, learned advocates. Mr. Abhay Kumar Nidar, authorised representative of Indian Overseas Bank Ltd. and Mr. Pravin Tulsiram Sankpal, authorised representative of the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 in all the writ petitions are present in court. It is ascertained that the parties have conveyed their consent voluntarily and without coercion or duress.

Since the parties have resolved their disputes by arriving at a consensus, which has since been reduced into writing in the consent terms, we dispose of these three writ petitions in terms of such consent terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
