Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole leave on 29th July 2021 and was supposed to return to Jail within stipulated period. That, the Petitioner did not report to Jail Authority till date and noticed to be absconded. A Crime bearing No. 312 of 2022 dated 13st July 2022 under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered with Sakkardara Police Station, District Nagpur. 2.

In view thereof, we see no reason to entertain the present Petition and is accordingly dismissed.
