Vide ad-interim order dated 25.02.2022, this Court protected the applicants thereby granting pre-arrest bail for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC. The applicants remained on ad-interim protection for last more than two years. As such, the ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

In view thereof, in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.1001 of 2019 registered with Nigdi Police Station, PimpriChinchwad for the offence punishable under Sections 306 read with Section 34 IPC, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/ each with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed. The said applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence. 3.

Application is disposed of.
