Mr. M. M. Deshmukh, APP for the State.
Coram : Ranjit More & A. M. Badar, JJ.
Date : April 25, 2017.
P. C. :
1.
Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP for the State, we are not inclined to grant prayer for bail to the Applicant inasmuch as earlier six applications filed by the Applicant for bail have either been rejected or withdrawn. We, however, find that hearing of the above appeal is expedited by the Apex Court. We also find that by the order dated 2nd December 2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 547 of 2016, hearing of the appeal is expedited and Registry was directed to place this appeal for final hearing in a week commencing from 16.1.2017. The grievance of the Applicant is that appeal is not placed for final hearing. In the circumstances, we again direct Registry to comply with the order dated 2nd December 2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 547 patilsr 1 / 2
of 2016 by placing the appeal on final hearing board in the week commencing from 2nd May 2017.
